Two roles, one job

Role — 01

Logo & Football VA

Logo Clipping · Football Clipping
  • Run one fixed daily check-in with every clipper in both departments
  • Confirm the minimum daily clip count is met, with real views and clean quality
  • Confirm the BP logo is on every clip
  • Confirm the conversion link is integrated and CTAs are used
  • Escalate missed posting days to Lara the same day
  • Send a short end-of-day report
  • Remind clippers about the weekly call and confirm Sunday form completion

Role — 02

AI & UGC VA

AI Split-Screen · UGC Creators
  • Run one fixed daily check-in with every clipper in both departments
  • Confirm the minimum daily clip count is met, with real views and clean quality
  • Confirm the conversion link is integrated and the 2 required hashtags are in every caption
  • No logo requirement for this track — CTAs to be introduced later
  • Escalate missed posting days to Lara the same day
  • Send a short end-of-day report
  • Remind clippers about the weekly call and confirm Sunday form completion

What The Day Looks Like

The routine

Daily

Fixed check-in

Same time, every day. Message each clipper in your departments, confirm the day's post, check quality, views, and compliance.

Same day

Missed a day? Flag it

If a clipper can't post, they tell you. You tell Lara — same day, no delay. Nothing sits overnight.

End of day

Short report

Who posted, who didn't, any quality or compliance issues, anything Lara needs to know. That's it.

Weekly

Call reminders

A day before the weekly clipper call, message everyone in your departments and flag anyone who can't make it.

Sunday

Form completion

Confirm every clipper in your departments has filled in the weekly report form. Chase the ones who haven't.
